PAYROLL AND HR OUTSOURCING

The aim of this project is transferring to MG FINANCE responsibility for correct administration of the payroll and HR issues.

Scope of work:

The HR outsourcing comprises the following activities:

  • Maintaining and administering personal files;
  • Keeping a holiday file for the employees, determining holiday entitlements and limits, keeping other absence records;
  • Checking up expiry dates of contracts of employment, periodic medical examination and health and safety training;
  • Preparing certificates of employment.

The payroll administration comprises the following activities:

  • Preparing a monthly payroll, i.e. calculating salaries for employees under contracts of employment, resolutions and other contracts;
  • Preparing monthly information for the employees, specifying their salaries and deductions and sending pay slips to the employees;
  • Calculating taxes, insurance and other payables relating to salaries, preparing forms filed with ZUS and PFRON (State Fund for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled);
  • Preparing a collective payroll for the Accounting Department, including information for the management, as agreed with the Client;
  • Registering and deregistering employees, contractors and the payers with ZUS, filing changes to employees’ particulars with ZUS;
  • Preparing salary certificates;
  • Preparing annual returns (PIT 11, PIT 40 PIT 4R,PIT 8AR, ZUS IWA).

 

Results of the Payroll and HR Outsourcing services depend on the scope of works agreed individually with the Client.
